Role Description The PLC SCADA Engineer will work in office in India in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design, development, testing, and commissioning of PLC and SCADA-based control systems. Daily responsibilities include configuring PLCs, developing and maintaining SCADA applications, creating and updating Human Machine Interface (HMI) screens, and integrating field devices and control panels. The role involves troubleshooting system issues, performing root-cause analysis, and ensuring reliable operation of electrical and power systems in industrial environments.

The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare technical documentation,



support project execution at client locations, and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and Power Systems relevant to industrial automation and control.
- Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in PLC programming, SCADA configuration, and Human Machine Interface (HMI) development.
- Candidates should possess advanced Troubleshooting abilities for control systems, field instrumentation, and communication networks.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of industrial communication protocols and standards (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP) and control panel design.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills, the ability to work on-site at industrial locations, and a willingness to travel for project requirements.
- Candidates should possess experience with industrial safety practices, documentation, and adherence to project timelines; prior experience in automation projects in India is an advantage.
