PLC Integration Engineer

Build the connection between the factory floor and the future of industrial AI.

We are looking for a PLC Integration Engineer who enjoys solving real-world technical problems at the intersection of industrial automation, OT networking, PLC/SCADA systems and edge technology.

You will be the person who makes sure our edge devices can securely connect, communicate and work reliably with a customer's factory control systems. From configuring networks and commissioning PLC connections to troubleshooting issues at a live manufacturing site, you will own the integration journey from first connection to successful customer sign-off.

What Youll Do

- Connect the factory to the edge: Integrate edge devices with customer PLC, SCADA and OT networks.
- Make networks work: Configure and troubleshoot IP addresses, VLANs, firewalls, DMZs, DNS, NTP and cloud connectivity.
- Speak the language of industrial systems: Work hands-on with protocols such as EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU and PROFINET.
- Commission and troubleshoot: Deploy systems onsite and remotely, diagnose connectivity and integration issues, and get things working when they don't.
- Work directly with customers: Collaborate with customer IT, OT, engineering and process teams to understand their environment and deliver successful deployments.
- Own the finish line: Support Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and drive deployments through to customer sign-off.
- Document what you build: Create network diagrams, integration documentation, runbooks and troubleshooting guides that make deployments repeatable.
- Solve problems at the source: Identify recurring integration issues and work closely with product and engineering teams to improve the platform.
- Be the technical face of the product: Support customer queries and contribute to pre-sales discussions,



particularly around IT/OT integration and network architecture.

What Were Looking For
- 3-8 years of experience in industrial automation, PLC/SCADA integration, controls engineering, OT networking or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with PLC/SCADA systems and industrial networks.
- Working knowledge of EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU and/or PROFINET.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, DMZs, DNS and NTP.
- Experience with commissioning, troubleshooting and customer-site deployments.
- Ability to understand both sides of the equation industrial control systems and modern IT/network infrastructure.
- Solid communication skills and the confidence to work directly with customer engineering and IT/OT teams.
- Willingness to travel to customer manufacturing sites when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent Communication Skills ( As it requires travelling across India and Asia Pacific )

- Experience with Linux troubleshooting and network tools.
- Knowledge of IT/OT, Industry 4.0, industrial networking, or IoT.
- Exposure to monitoring tools, sensor data, or time-series data.
- Startup mindset with the ability to work independently and build processes.
