Location: Pune / Project Sites Across India & Overseas

Responsibilities / Job Profile:

- Design, develop, and configure PLC programs as per project requirements.
- Develop control logic based on P&ID;, Functional Design Specifications (FDS), and Control Narratives.
- Perform PLC hardware configuration, programming, and testing.
- Develop HMI/SCADA applications and integrate them with PLC systems.
- Carry out Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), and commissioning activities.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, and field instrument-related issues.
- Configure communication protocols and network interfaces.
- Prepare project documentation, test reports, and engineering deliverables.
- Support system upgrades, modifications, and migration projects.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams during execution.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
- Provide on-site startup and commissioning support.

Skills / Requirements:

- Strong understanding of Industrial Automation and Control Systems.
- Knowledge of PLC Programming and Logic Development.
- Understanding of Instrumentation and Process Control Systems.
- Ability to read and understand P&ID;, Electrical Drawings,



and Control Narratives.
- Knowledge of Industrial Communication Protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, OPC, and TCP/IP.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and documentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel for site commissioning and project execution.

- Siemens PLC (S7-1200, S7-1500, TIA Portal)
- Allen Bradley PLC (RSLogix, Studio 5000)
- Schneider Electric PLC
- Mitsubishi PLC
- Delta PLC
- Omron PLC
- SCADA Systems (WinCC, Wonderware InTouch, Ignition, Citect)
- HMI Development
- VFD Integration and Motor Control Applications

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in PLC Programming, Testing, and Commissioning.
- Knowledge of Honeywell Automation Systems will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Water Treatment, Power, or Process Industries.
