Company Description We are building a next-generation, science-backed D2C health & wellness platform for the US market. The business is well-funded, long-term oriented and focused on building a trusted house of brands through in-house development and selective acquisitions.

Role Description The Platform Lead – D2C will oversee the end-to-end strategy, development, and optimization of 4point0 Health Ventures’ direct-to-consumer digital platforms. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves leading cross-functional teams to define platform roadmaps, translate business objectives into technical solutions, and ensure a seamless consumer experience.

The Platform

Lead will coordinate with product, marketing, and investment teams to design and deliver scalable health-tech solutions, manage feature prioritization, and track performance metrics. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising software development efforts, reviewing solution architectures, guiding implementation, resolving platform issues, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate platform performance, and support data-driven decision-making.




- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, present ideas clearly, and document requirements effectively.
- Candidates should possess Software Development expertise to work closely with engineering teams, understand technical constraints, and review implementation quality.
- Candidates should possess Solution Architecture capabilities to design scalable, secure, and robust D2C platform architectures aligned with business goals.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
- Experience with health-tech or consumer-facing digital products is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with modern web and mobile technologies, cloud platforms, and integration frameworks is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, demonstrate ownership, and thrive in a rapid-paced startup and venture environment.
