This role is for one of Weekday’s clients Location: Mangrol, Near Panoli, Surat, Gujarat Reports to: Managing Director / Director Compensation: INR 15 - 18 LPA Experience: 8+ years total, including 3+ years as Plant Head / Plant Manager Industry: Dyeing & printing (preferred); textile processing, plastics / polymers, chemicals and recycling also considered Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience Scope: Single plant with a team of 200+ Role Summary • Overall plant management role, focused on running the plant smoothly and resolving issues across departments, rather than a technical role.

Requirements Key Responsibilities • Oversee overall plant operations and coordinate Maintenance, Quality (QA / QC), Stores & Dispatch, Safety & EHS and Purchase / Procurement.

- Act as the point of escalation for any departmental issue and resolve it to keep operations running.




- Manage vendors and contractors.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure dispatch commitments are met.
- Ensure pollution control and ETP / environmental compliance.
- Manage statutory audits and factory licences.
- Plan and execute capex projects and plant expansion.
- Prepare and present MIS reports to the MD / Director.

Requirements • 8+ years of total experience with at least 3 years as Plant Head / Plant Manager.

- Experience managing a single plant with a team of 200+.
- Background in dyeing & printing (preferred), textile processing, plastics / polymers, chemicals or recycling.
- Advanced Excel (mandatory).
- Graduate in any discipline. Must-have skills Plant Operations
