About the Role

Wellversed is looking for a Machinery Maintenance skilled with 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/production. The role involves team supervision, preventive and breakdown maintenance, RCA, machinery reliability, spare planning, and maintenance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and allocate work to the Machinery Technician/maintenance team.
- Plan, schedule and monitor preventive maintenance activities.
- Supervise breakdown maintenance and ensure timely machine restoration.
- Lead RCA for major and recurring machinery breakdowns.
- Identify corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring failures.
- Monitor machinery downtime and drive improvements in equipment reliability.
- Train and guide junior technicians in troubleshooting and maintenance practices.
- Oversee critical spare-parts planning and availability.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments for planned maintenance.




- Support machinery installation, commissioning, modification and improvement projects.
- Ensure proper maintenance documentation, SOP adherence and safety compliance.

Preferred Exposure:

Manufacturing/production machinery, particularly Ribbon Blender, Vibro Shifter, Auger Filler, Screw Conveyor, Induction Sealer, Shrink Tunnel and PLC-based equipment.
