: Planning & Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure on-time delivery of orders as per approved work order delivery dates.
2. Maintain Minimum & Maximum inventory levels for A, B & C class items.
3. Prepare and release Indents to Purchase and Production departments.
4. Release Production Orders and Purchase Orders as per planning requirements.
5. Maintain MIS records for indents and conduct analysis of work orders.
6. Prepare and monitor MIS reports for shortage items related
7. Plan and coordinate in-house CNC production for HMC, Mazak, and VMC machines.
8. Raise indents for miscellaneous items, CNC tools, and wooden boxes.
9. Plan and coordinate MS & SS fabrication activities as per production schedules.
10.



Ensure adherence to SLA with internal departments for smooth workflow.
11. Follow and comply with ISO systems and procedures.
12. Maintain all ISO-related documentation such as CAR / RATR and related records.
13. Implement and sustain 5S system in the department.
14. Develop and manage local vendors for timely supply and cost optimization.

Skills & Competencies:

- Robust planning and coordination skills
- Knowledge of inventory control and production planning
- Experience in CNC planning and fabrication processes
- Familiarity with ISO documentation and 5S practices
