Role Description The Planning Engineer will work on-site in Ramagundam, Telangana in a full-time capacity, supporting the planning and execution of industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities include developing project schedules, coordinating production planning, tracking progress against milestones, and supporting project control activities to ensure timely delivery. The role involves analyzing project data, identifying risks or delays, and recommending corrective actions.

The Planning

Engineer will collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers,



and other stakeholders to maintain explicit communication on timelines, resource allocation, and progress reports. The position also requires preparing planning documentation, maintaining project records, and contributing to continuous improvement in planning processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Planning and Production Planning skills relevant to industrial construction projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities for monitoring schedules, costs, and progress.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with project teams, stakeholders, and management.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field; additional training in project planning or project management is advantageous.
- Experience with project planning tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is beneficial.
- Prior experience in industrial construction, particularly in steel, petroleum, or petrochemical projects, is an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ramagundam and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Candidates having 8–10 years of relevant experience in Power Plant and/or Industrial Projects shall be preferred.
