Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules (Level I–IV) in Primavera P6.

- Track progress, update schedules, and perform critical path/float analysis.

- Prepare look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans.

- Conduct earned value and schedule variance analysis.

- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for updates.

- Support change management, time impact analysis, and EOT claims.

- Integrate schedules with cost control and assess schedule risks.

Mandatory Requirements

- 8–12 years’ planning experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.

- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel, and project planning techniques.

- Experience with resource- and cost-loaded schedules.

- Robust knowledge of EPC lifecycle and WBS.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s in Engineering.

- PMP or equivalent certification (advantageous).

- Experience with Primavera Unifier.

- Familiarity with Power BI or similar dashboard tools.
