About Company : Our client into Civil / Structural Engineering Consultancy .
Designation - Planning Engineer
Location : Pune (Susgaon)
Qualification B.E Civil
Salary: 70K PM + Depends upon candidate
Working Days: 6 Days
Experience 5 to 7 years
Required Skills
1.Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
2.Develop baseline programmers, detailed work schedules, and recovery programmers.
3.Monitor project progress against the approved baseline schedule.
4.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
5.Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Contractors, and Consultants to track project activities.
6.Collect and analyse progress data from various project sites.
7.Identify delays, slippages, and critical activities and highlight them to the Project Manager.
8.Prepare Look-Ahead Schedules and monitor planned versus actual progress.
9.Prepare S-Curves, Progress Reports, Manpower Histograms, and other project planning reports.
10.Track manpower, material, and equipment deployment against project requirements.
11.Assist in preparing Extension of Time (EOT)
and delay analysis reports, wherever required.
12.Monitor the projects critical path and identify potential delays and risks.
13.Review contractor schedules and provide comments/recommendations for improvement.
1. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project activities.
2. Maintain proper records of project schedules, updates, revisions, and progress documentation.
3. Attend project progress meetings and provide planning-related inputs.
4. Ensure that project activities are planned and executed in accordance with the approved schedule and contractual requirements.
