Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, recruiters, corporates, and industry professionals.

- Identify and onboard recent companies for campus recruitment and placement opportunities.

- Coordinate with companies for job openings, recruitment drives, interviews, and campus hiring programs.

- Understand employer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable student profiles.

- Plan and execute campus placement drives, pool drives, walk-in interviews, and recruitment events.

- Coordinate the complete placement process from job requirement to student selection and joining.

- Maintain and regularly update the database of companies, recruiters, students, job opportunities, and placement records.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with HRs and corporate partners regarding interview schedules and candidate status.

- Support students with resume preparation, interview preparation, soft skills, and career guidance.

- Conduct pre-placement activities such as orientation sessions, employer presentations, aptitude tests, and interview coordination.

- Track student participation, selections, offers, and joining status.

- Achieve institutional placement and employer engagement targets.

- Prepare regular placement reports and MIS for management.





- Explore current industries and organizations to expand the institution's placement network.

- Coordinate with academic and management teams to align student skills with industry requirements.

- Represent the institution at job fairs, industry events, networking meets, and corporate engagement programs.

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations, Campus Recruitment, Career Services, Business Development, or a similar role.

- Experience in the Education / College / University / Training / EdTech sector will be preferred.

- Strong network with HR professionals and corporate recruiters.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

- Strong ability to generate and convert corporate placement opportunities.

- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.

- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and industry hiring trends.

- Comfortable interacting with students, faculty, management, and corporate clients.

- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and placement MIS.

- Willingness to travel for corporate meetings and placement-related activities when required.
