- Set goals and objectives for placement activities aligned with the organization’s targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and potential employers.
- Facilitate the placement process by matching qualified candidates with potential employers.
- Understand both employer and student needs to ensure successful placements.
- Arrange campus interviews, recruitment drives, and job fairs.
- Provide career guidance to students or candidates, helping them make informed career choices.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions on resume building, interview skills, and soft skills.
- Maintain records of placement activities, success rates, and feedback from employers and candidates.
- Prepare regular reports on placement performance for review and analysis.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹54,344.76 per month
