About the Role

AcceleratorX is looking for a proactive Placement Coordinator to manage learner placements, recruiter relationships, and career support activities across our programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and hiring companies
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and hiring activities
- Support learners with resumes, interview preparation, and scheduling
- Source relevant job opportunities for learners
- Track placement progress, hiring pipelines, and reports
- Coordinate with mentors, academic, and operations teams
- Work towards placement and learner success targets





Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Placement, Career Services, Talent Acquisition, or EdTech
- Strong communication, networking, and follow-up skills
- Good understanding of recruitment and placement processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a target-driven environment
- CRM and spreadsheet knowledge preferred
