INSD – School of Design and Luxury is an established education institution offering programs across Design, Aviation, Hospitality, Retail, Travel, Beauty, and other emerging industries.

We are looking for a Placement Coordinator to manage and coordinate placement activities for students and build solid relationships with companies and recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end placement activities for students.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
- Identify relevant job and internship opportunities for students.
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and placement events.
- Communicate job opportunities and interview details to students.
- Follow up with companies regarding interview results, selections, and joining.
- Maintain placement databases and student placement records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth placement activities.




- Assist students with resume sharing and interview preparation.
- Prepare regular placement reports and updates for management.
- Support corporate tie-ups and employer engagement activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, HR, campus hiring, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
