1. SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a passionate, energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who wants to be part of building a new brand and developing its market from the ground up.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
- Visit dealers, retailers, customers and prospective business partners
- Promote products and conduct product demonstrations
- Support dealer/distributor network development
- Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, promotional stalls, residential society activations and local marketing activities
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Collect market feedback and competitor information

? CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Passionate about sales and marketing
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Energetic, confident and target-oriented
- Willing to travel and conduct regular market visits
- Freshers with the right attitude are welcome
- Experience in home appliances / consumer durables / retail sales will be an advantage

Experience: 0–3 years

Qualification: BTech /Graduate/ Diploma preferred

Two-wheeler: Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.

2. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY TO MANAGEMENT

We are looking for a smart, well-organized, responsible and presentable Executive Secretary to work closely with senior management and support day-to-day administrative, coordination, travel and business activities.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments and day-to-day coordination
- Handle correspondence, documentation, reports and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers and business associates
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries and related coordination
- Accompany management for business meetings, visits and travel when required
- Maintain follow-ups on important tasks, meetings and commitments
- Organize meetings, events and business appointments
- Maintain confidential business information and documents
- Assist management with research, communication and special assignments
- Coordinate administrative and operational activities as required

? CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Smart, professional and well-presented
- Highly organized and good at follow-ups
- Willingness to travel with management when required
- Good command of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Mature, responsible and trustworthy
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work with minimum supervision
- Technical / Engineering background and Driving License will be an added advantage

Experience: 2–8 years preferred

Qualification: Graduate preferred; Engineering / Technical qualification will be an advantage

CTC: Competitive and commensurate with experience and capability
