Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based at THE HEALER CLINICS in New Delhi.

The Physical

Therapist will perform comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapies aligned with the clinic’s body correction and rehabilitation protocols. Daily responsibilities include providing one-on-one patient care, documenting clinical findings, tracking progress, and adjusting interventions to support long-term functional improvement. The role also involves educating patients on posture, movement patterns, and home exercise programs,



coordinating with other clinical team members, and contributing to continuous enhancement of treatment standards.

The Physical

Therapist is expected to maintain a patient-centered approach that emphasizes safety, compassion, and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge and training in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation for musculoskeletal and functional conditions.
- Candidates should possess competencies in Medicine relevant to orthopedic, neurological, and pain-related conditions treated in a rehabilitation setting.
- Candidates should possess skills in Patient Care, including assessment, treatment planning, and communication that supports patient comfort and trust.
- Candidates should possess experience in Home Care, including designing safe and effective home exercise and self-management programs.
- Recognized degree in Physical Therapy (BPT/MPT or equivalent) and valid qualified registration or licensure, as applicable.
- Experience in manual therapy, posture correction, and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques; familiarity with advanced methods such as myofascial release or neuro-reeducation is an advantage.
- Strong clinical reasoning, documentation skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and delivering high-quality, outcome-focused patient care.
