- Customer Counseling: Explain dosage instructions, potential side effects, food interactions, and proper storage (e.g., refrigeration) to patients in explicit, simple language.

- OTC Recommendations: Guide customers in choosing safe and effective over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and healthcare products for minor ailments.

- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, track expiration dates, systematically discard expired medicines, and place orders with distributors to prevent shortages of essential drugs.

- Billing & Point of Sale (POS): Handle cash and digital payment registers, generate invoices, and manage records for daily sales.

- Regulatory Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous registers for restricted drugs, narcotics, and scheduled medications as required by local drug control laws.
