PEST CONTROL OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Department: Operations
Designation: Operations Executive – Pest Control
Location: Bangalore
Reporting To: Operations Manager / Business Head / MD
Experience: 1–3 years in Pest Control / Facility Management / Field Operations preferred
Job Purpose The Operations Executive is responsible for managing daily pest control service operations, technician allocation, customer coordination, service scheduling, quality control, MIS reporting, and ensuring all services are completed on time as per company SOPs and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities1. Daily Operations Management
- Plan and coordinate daily pest control service activities.
- Prepare technician-wise and area-wise service schedules.
- Ensure technicians report to assigned sites on time.
- Monitor daily service completion and pending services.
- Arrange backup technicians whenever required.
- Avoid service delays, missed visits, and unnecessary postponements.
1. Technician Management
- Allocate technicians based on location, skill, workload, and service priority.
- Monitor technician attendance, productivity, and field performance.
- Ensure technicians follow proper grooming, uniform, ID card, and safety requirements.
- Track technician movement and service completion through the field application/CRM.
- Conduct regular briefing and toolbox training for technicians.
- Escalate repeated performance or attendance issues to HR/Operations Manager.
1. Customer Coordination
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and site requirements.
- Confirm appointments and communicate any unavoidable changes in advance.
- Handle service-related complaints and coordinate corrective action.
- Follow up for customer feedback, ratings, and service satisfaction.
- Coordinate with clients for AMC schedules, complaints, additional services, and renewal requirements.
1. Service Quality & SOP Compliance
- Ensure technicians follow approved pest control treatment procedures.
- Monitor correct chemical usage, dilution, equipment, PPE, and safety procedures.
- Ensure service reports are properly completed after every visit.
- Conduct random quality checks and site inspections.
- Identify recurring pest problems and coordinate corrective treatments.
- Ensure all services are delivered according to company SOP and contractual commitments.
1. MIS & Reporting
Maintain and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports including:
- Daily service schedule
- Completed services
- Pending/postponed services
- Technician attendance
- Technician productivity
- Customer complaints
- Re-service/re-treatment cases
- Chemical and material consumption
- Glue trap/rodent control status
- AMC service status
- Customer feedback
- Revenue/service completion status
Daily MIS must be updated accurately in the CRM/ERP/field application.
1. Material & Equipment Control
- Monitor availability of chemicals, sprayers, PPE, traps, glue boards, and other service materials.
- Maintain proper stock records.
- Ensure technicians carry required materials before leaving for service.
- Report shortages, damaged equipment, or excessive material consumption immediately.

Qualification Education: Any Graduate / Diploma preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in Pest Control, Facility Management, Field Operations, Service Operations, or a related industry.
Key Accountability The Operations Executive will be accountable for ensuring that every scheduled pest control service is properly planned, assigned, executed, reported, and closed without unnecessary delay, while maintaining customer satisfaction, technician productivity, service quality, and operational discipline.
Pay: Up to ₹26,072.00 per month
