We are a premium personal branding agency helping to scale ambitious founders, coaches, consultants and advisors across organic and paid social. Now we're looking for a person who can help scale our co-founders profile across LinkedIn and Instagram.

We build the strategy, write the scripts, brief the shoots, guide the edits and read the numbers every week. Our clients are operators who don't have time to figure out content on their own but know it matters. We make sure what goes out sounds like them, reaches the right people and actually moves the business forward.

Role Description:

We're hiring someone who can own the full organic content engine for our co-founders. Not just write scripts. Build the strategy behind them, write scripts that match their voice, brief the production team and adjust the plan when the data says so.

You'll hop on weekly/bi-weekly calls, pull out the insights worth creating content around, turn them into scripts that get watched and shared, and make sure nothing ships without a clear reason behind it.

If you're strong here, you'll grow quick. This role is designed to evolve into a lead strategist position where you own the entire personal branding wing for founders and our clients too and shape the creative direction across multiple accounts and lead a team of creatives under your supervision.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Build the content pillars and strategy based on their offer, their goals, their ICP and what they actually believe
- Connect with clients weekly for an hour, interview them, pull insights and turn them into scripts that sound like them and have high potential to perform
- Write 3 to 4 short-form scripts a week. On time, without being chased
- Brief the shoot. Setting, framing, b-roll, on-screen text,



what gets filmed where and why
- Brief the editor with something they can cut without twenty follow-up questions
- Read the numbers every week. Know what's working, what's not, and change the plan accordingly
- Research hooks, formats and topics that are already proven in the client's niche before writing anything original
- Maintain a running hook bank and content calendar for each account you manage

About You:

- You have live videos we can go watch. Not a Google Doc of scripts that never got filmed
- Voice matching is most of this job. You have a feel for how founders actually talk and you can write in their voice, not yours
- You understand hook rate, retention curves, saves, shares and you know which metric you're writing for before you start typing
- You can hold multiple clients at once without the quality slipping on anyone
- Organized, proactive and take ownership without being asked. If something's falling behind, you flag it before anyone notices

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Content Performance: Consistent improvement in hook rate, average watch time and save-to-view ratio across accounts
- Script Output: 15-20 high quality scripts delivered on schedule per month
- Brief Quality: Editors can execute from your briefs without repeated clarification
- Inbound Impact: Content directly tied to DMs, profile visits, follows or booked calls
- Speed of Iteration: When something underperforms, the next round of content reflects the learning within the same week
