Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and punctual Personal Car Driver to provide safe and comfortable transportation services for personal and family travel. The ideal candidate must be courteous, well-groomed, highly professional, and well-versed with local routes and traffic rules.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Safe Driving & Navigation:
- Drive family members, guests, or employers safely to destinations (office, hospital, events, personal trips, outstation travel).
- Select the most efficient, protected, and legal routes using GPS or knowledge of local roads and traffic conditions.
- Follow all traffic laws, speed limits, and safety regulations strictly.
- Vehicle Maintenance & Care:
- Keep the vehicle clean, washed, and sanitized at all times (both interior and exterior).
- Perform routine daily checks on fuel levels, oil, tire pressure, brakes, water levels, and battery condition.
- Schedule regular servicing, insurance renewals, and repairs in coordination with the employer.
- Errands & Personal Assistance:
- Assist passengers with luggage, groceries, and personal belongings.
- Run personal errands as directed (e.g., picking up groceries, dropping off documents, fetching supplies).
- Ensure parking fees, toll payments, and fuel bills are properly tracked and receipted.
- Safety & Confidentiality:
- Ensure passenger safety at all times,



maintaining an emergency kit and spare tire readiness.
- Respect the privacy of the employer/family and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal or business conversations.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- License & Documents:
- Valid Driver’s License (LMV / Light Motor Vehicle) with a clean driving record (no major traffic violations).
- Aadhaar Card / ID Proof and Police Verification Certificate (PVC).
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a personal, VIP, or family driver.
- Experience with automatic and manual transmission luxury or standard vehicles.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent knowledge of local routes, city landmarks, and highway navigation.
- Punctual, dependable, polite, and well-groomed.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and troubleshooting minor breakdowns.
- Good communication skills (Tamil / English / Hindi as required).

Working Hours & Compensation (Customizable)

- Duty Hours: 8 to 10 hours per day (Flexibility required for evening or weekend duties).
- Off Day: Weekly 1 day off (usually weekday or Sunday based on mutual agreement).
- Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 / month (depends on experience, hours, and location).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
