Preferred Profile

- 2–6 years of experience in fashion, interior design, luxury retail, or lifestyle industries
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience coordinating with designers, vendors, clients, and senior management
- Good understanding of fashion/interior trends and aesthetics
- Excellent scheduling, follow-up, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Ability to prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities




- Professional personality with excellent grooming and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel or attend client/vendor meetings when required

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD/Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel
- Coordinate with internal teams, designers, vendors, and clients
- Follow up on ongoing projects and provide status updates
- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, and meeting agendas
- Assist in fashion/interior-related research and market trends
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and events
- Maintain confidential documents and information
- Handle day-to-day administrative and executive coordination
- Support the management team in special projects and business activities
