We are looking for a well-organized, presentable and client-focused PA cum Client Handling Executive to support the management and manage day-to-day client interactions and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a Personal Assistant to the management and manage day-to-day administrative activities.
- Handle client communication through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.




- Respond to client queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Manage appointments, schedules, meetings and calendars.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, client requirements, deliveries and operational matters.
- Maintain client records, documents and relevant information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, quotations and basic correspondence as required.
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders, payments, feedback and post-sales requirements.
- Assist management in meetings, events, client visits and other activities.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling management and client-related information.
- Perform other administrative and coordination responsibilities assigned by management.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
