Role Description The Performance Video Editor is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for editing and optimizing video content for performance-focused campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, ads, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, applying color grading, creating engaging cuts, adding motion graphics and on-screen text, and collaborating with marketing and creative teams to align videos with campaign objectives.

Editor will also adapt content for different formats and aspect ratios, maintain brand consistency, and contribute ideas to enhance viewer engagement and conversion. This role involves managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and staying updated on trends in beauty, digital content, and performance marketing.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including assembling footage, trimming, and structuring narrative or promotional sequences.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to maintain visual consistency, enhance brand aesthetics, and optimize videos for various platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create dynamic overlays, titles, transitions, and visual elements that support campaign goals.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms, performance-driven creative, and metrics that impact engagement and conversion.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in video editing and production.
- Portfolio showcasing performance-oriented video work, especially in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands, is preferred.
