We are looking for a Performance Marketing professional who can take ownership of paid acquisition, optimize campaigns based on data, and contribute directly to business growth.

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, ROI, CTR, and conversions
- Manage daily campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of ad spend
- Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns
- Analyze underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies, placements, and landing pages
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop performance-driven ad creatives
- Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance through relevant analytics tools
- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights
- Research audience behaviour, competitors, market trends,



and new acquisition opportunities

- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media / Digital Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Robust understanding of paid acquisition and lead-generation campaigns
- Good understanding of CPL, CPA, CAC, ROI, CTR, and conversion rate
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in EdTech, B2C, lead generation, or similar industries will be an advantage
