We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in driving measurable growth across our client portfolio.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably within an agency.

Proven experience managing and scaling D2C/e-commerce brands through paid media.

Solid hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Experience with Search, Shopping and Performance Max.

Strong working knowledge of Shopify, including analytics, product feeds, catalogues and integrations.

Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.

Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, attribution and profitability.

Ability to interpret data, identify performance gaps and translate insights into action.

Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Ability to independently manage multiple brands, budgets and priorities.

Experience guiding or mentoring junior team members.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
