Neofair Salons is looking for a Performance Marketer to drive customer enquiries, bookings, and business growth through data-driven digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage Google, Instagram & Facebook ad campaigns
- Generate leads, enquiries, and salon bookings
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance
- Manage advertising budgets and improve ROI
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
- Test current audiences, creatives, and marketing strategies

Requirements
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and performance tracking
- Creative approach to digital advertising
- Previous performance marketing experience is an advantage
