Role Description The Performance Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. In this position, the specialist will design, implement, and maintain performance management frameworks, including goal-setting, performance appraisal cycles, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization. Daily responsibilities include analyzing performance data, preparing reports and dashboards, and collaborating with department leaders to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.

The specialist will coordinate performance review processes,



support managers in providing constructive feedback, and ensure alignment of individual, team, and organizational objectives. The role also involves partnering with HR and Finance to link performance outcomes to rewards, development plans, and budgeting, while continuously refining performance-related policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in performance management and performance appraisal processes, including KPI design and review frameworks.
- Background in program management to oversee end-to-end performance initiatives and ensure timely execution.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of finance to connect performance metrics with budgets, incentives, and cost efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certification in HR or performance management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel and performance analytics tools; familiarity with HRIS or performance management software is beneficial.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-makers.
- Attention to detail, structured problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory workplace practices.
