About Healthy Waffles

Healthy Waffles is a growing Indian food brand focused on premium, healthier waffle & pancake mixes made with Whole Wheat, Rice & Ragi, with No Maida and sweetened with Jaggery.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Shopify Growth Specialist who can take ownership of our online sales and help us significantly increase orders through our Shopify website.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize our Shopify store on a day-to-day basis.
- Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns with a strong focus on generating profitable Shopify orders.
- Develop and test different ad creatives, audiences, offers, funnels and campaigns to improve ROAS and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify what is working and continuously optimize budgets accordingly.
- Analyze Shopify data, Meta Ads Manager data and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
- Improve the Shopify store’s conversion rate, product pages, landing pages, offers and overall customer journey.
- Set up and optimize Meta Pixel, Conversions API, events, retargeting and tracking.
- Build effective prospecting, retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages and offers.
- Work closely with the content/creative team to communicate what type of creatives are required for better ad performance.
- Track key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, AOV and repeat purchases.




- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Take ownership of the overall goal: increase the number of profitable orders on our Shopify website.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven hands-on experience in Meta Ads and D2C/e-commerce performance marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Shopify.
- Experience scaling e-commerce brands through Facebook & Instagram advertising.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, retargeting and customer acquisition.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on performance numbers.
- Experience with FMCG, food, health, wellness or consumer brands will be an advantage.
- Someone who is proactive, experimental and focused on results rather than simply running campaigns.
- Candidates must be comfortable taking ownership of both Shopify operations and performance marketing.
