Are you already working in performance marketing and looking for more ownership, responsibility and room to grow? We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who knows their way around Meta & Google Ads, enjoys figuring things out, and wants to become a key part of a growing boutique agency.
What we're looking for:
? 1 year of hands-on experience in paid advertising — 2–3 years preferred.
? Strong practical knowledge of Meta & Google Ads and experience managing real client campaigns.
? Independent thinker who can analyse performance and bring their own ideas to improve campaigns.
? Detail-oriented, responsible and professional — someone we can trust to get things done without constant follow-ups.
? Growth mindset — someone who wants to grow with a small team, take on more responsibility and eventually move into a leadership role.
What the role entails:
? Meta & Google Ads — Plan, launch and manage campaigns across multiple client accounts.
⚙️ Tracking & measurement — Set up and troubleshoot tracking, including pixels, conversions.
? Campaign optimisation — Analyse performance, test new ideas and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
? Client communication — Work directly with clients, communicate performance and eventually take complete ownership of your accounts.
? Account ownership — Take responsibility for 8–10 accounts as you grow into the role, with the opportunity to take on even more.
? Growth opportunities — Grow into a senior/managerial role and eventually have the opportunity to lead a team.
