What You ll Do

- Plan, launch, and manage high-performing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads , and other digital advertising platforms.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to enhance campaign performance, audience targeting, and optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance in real time and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize results.
- Analyze key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate , and audience behavior to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve performance.
- Prepare insightful performance reports with actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, Design, and Client Servicing teams to develop compelling, conversion-focused advertising assets.
- Ensure campaigns align with client objectives, budgets, KPIs, and project timelines.




- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, AI innovations, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.

Who We re Looking For We re seeking a results-oriented professional with a passion for digital advertising and performance-driven marketing.

You should have

- Experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Digital Advertising .
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads , Meta Ads Manager , and other major advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms for campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed optimization decisions.
- Understanding of key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and Conversion Rate .
- Experience conducting A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a quick-paced agency environment.
