Position: Performance Marketing Executive

Department: Marketing / Digital Marketing – Nutraceutical Division

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Experience: 4+ years

CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA

Reporting To: Head of Nutraceutical

Role Overview The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon, and other performance marketing channels.

The role will focus on driving qualified traffic, efficient customer acquisition, conversions, and measurable revenue growth across D2C and marketplace channels.

Key Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience in campaign optimization based on ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rates
- Basic understanding of Amazon Ads and marketplace platforms
- Good knowledge of GA4, UTM tracking, pixel/event tracking, attribution and conversion funnels
- Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, retargeting and product campaigns
- Ability to test and evaluate creatives, audiences, landing pages and offers
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets




- Ability to independently manage campaigns and optimize performance based on data

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Candidates from Nutraceutical, Wellness, Healthcare, D2C, E-commerce or Marketplace backgrounds would be preferred
- Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, BigBasket, Flipkart, or similar businesses would be an added advantage
- Must have independently managed paid media spends of at least ₹1 crore per year
- Robust ownership, analytical ability and hands-on campaign execution experience

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
