? We’re Hiring | Performance Marketing Executive – Kidbea® Are you someone who loves numbers, growth, and turning ad spends into results? ? Kidbea® is looking for a Performance Marketing professional who can take ownership of paid campaigns and help drive our next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns

- Manage budgets and improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC & CVR

- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities

- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences and campaigns

- Work closely with the Creative, Marketing and E-commerce teams

- Monitor customer acquisition and conversion performance

- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights

- Stay updated with the latest D2C, paid media and performance marketing trends

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing

- Strong experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads

- Prior experience with a D2C / E-commerce / Consumer Brand

- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

- Good understanding of funnels, attribution and customer acquisition

- Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced workplace
