: Performance Marketer

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketer to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, data analysis, audience targeting, and campaign optimization to drive measurable business results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Manage audience targeting, budgets, creatives, and campaign optimization.

- Monitor key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.

- Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to improve results.

- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and campaigns.

- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.

- Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad campaigns.

- Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and tools.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.





- Good understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics.

- Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.

- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and ability to manage multiple campaigns.

- Digital marketing agency experience is preferred.

- Must own a laptop

Additional Details

- Location: Baner, Pune

- Work Mode: Hybrid

- Working Days: Monday to Friday

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
