Natureland Organics is looking for a performance marketing professional to drive growth across Quick Commerce and E-commerce platforms. Great opportunity for someone passionate about scaling D2C brands in a fast-paced, data-driven workplace.
Key Requirements
Prior experience working with D2C brands is mandatory
Hands-on experience with Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) and/or E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.)
Strong grasp of performance metrics — ROAS, CAC, funnel optimization, and ad spend management
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies
Willingness to relocate to Delhi is essential
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Q-comm and E-comm platforms
Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS
Collaborate with internal teams and platform partners to drive growth
Track performance trends and identify opportunities for scale
