About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing professional who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in driving traffic, leads, conversions, and overall business growth through paid digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize spends to achieve business and ROI objectives.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and CAC.
- Conduct audience research, campaign segmentation, A/B testing, and creative testing.
- Work closely with the content, creative, sales, and product teams to improve campaign performance.
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, retargeting, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.




- Identify opportunities to improve landing pages, funnels, creatives, targeting, and overall campaign efficiency.
- Stay updated with changes in digital advertising platforms, algorithms, and industry trends.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with campaign planning, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Valuable understanding of conversion funnels, remarketing, audience targeting, and attribution.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio is preferred.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Background Candidates from consumer brands, D2C, e-commerce, fintech, real estate, SaaS, digital agencies, or other growth-focused businesses would be relevant.
