Job Title: Performance Marketer (B2B – Electronics & Industrial)

Location: Faridabad (On-site / Hybrid)

Job Summary E Control Devices Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Performance Marketer who can drive high-quality B2B leads through data-driven digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid marketing, lead generation, analytics, and funnel optimization, preferably in electronics, industrial, or B2B sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta
- Generate qualified B2B leads for OEM, EMS, industrial, and IoT customers
- Manage search, display, remarketing, and LinkedIn lead-gen campaigns
- Track and improve CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Create and test landing pages, ad copies, creatives, and CTAs




- Work closely with sales & product teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Set up and manage Google Analytics, GTM, conversion tracking, and dashboards
- Run A/B tests and continuously optimize funnels
- Share weekly and monthly performance reports & insights

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads (mandatory)
- Hands-on knowledge of B2B lead generation
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console
- Understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, CRM integration
- Ability to analyze data and take actionable decisions
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience in electronics / industrial / automation / B2B tech
- Knowledge of SEO basics & landing page optimization
- Familiarity with HubSpot / Zoho / CRM tools
