Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Handle Sales Campaigns, Lead Generation Campaigns, and Remarketing Campaigns.
- Develop audience targeting strategies based on business goals and customer behavior.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for better ROI and conversions.
- Set up and manage Meta and Google remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
- Work with the Content, Graphic Design, and Social Media teams for ad creatives and messaging.




- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads and Google Ads features, trends, and best practices.

Key Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in both Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Google Ads experience is mandatory.
- Strong practical knowledge of Sales/Conversion Campaigns, Lead Generation, and Remarketing.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns with defined budgets and KPIs.
- Good understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on data.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with client communication will be an added advantage.
