Operating basic office equipment such as printers, photocopy machines, and document shredders. Distributing incoming mail, courier packages, and internal correspondence to respective staff members. Assisting administrative staff in organizing files, supply rooms, and storage areas.
- Hospitality &
- Guest Services Preparing and serving refreshments (tea, coffee, water, snacks) to management, staff, and office guests. Setting up meeting rooms before conferences, client presentations, or interviews (arranging chairs, checking water pitchers, ensuring paper/pens are available). Clearing and cleaning meeting spaces after gatherings are concluded.

- Cleanliness Ensuring desk spaces, common areas, reception desk, and pantries are clean, neat, and organized throughout the day.
