Role Description The PEGA Senior System Architect at RAPD Service is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for designing and implementing scalable PEGA-based solutions that align with client business and regulatory requirements in the FinTech and financial services domains.

Day-to-day tasks include translating business needs into system architecture and workflows, configuring and customizing PEGA applications, and collaborating with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure robust, compliant solutions. The architect will oversee integration with external systems and services,



guide performance optimization and troubleshooting, and contribute to best practices, technical documentation, and design standards. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, participating in code and design reviews, and supporting delivery teams in achieving reliable, testable, and maintainable systems.

Qualifications

- Strong PEGA System Architecture and Systems Design skills, with experience in designing end-to-end enterprise solutions.
- Proficiency in Software Development within PEGA and related technologies, including configuration, customization, and implementation.
- Background in Systems Engineering, with the ability to analyze requirements, model systems, and ensure reliability and scalability.
- Experience with Integration of PEGA applications with third-party services, APIs, and legacy systems.
- PEGA CSA/SSA certification (or equivalent) strongly preferred; additional PEGA certifications are an advantage.
- Professional experience in financial services or FinTech environments, with awareness of regulatory and compliance constraints.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to performance, security, and maintainability.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and mentor peers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
