Role Description The PEB/MEP Project Incharge will oversee day-to-day project activities for pre-engineered buildings (PEB) and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works at construction sites in Navi Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role involves supervising site teams, coordinating with contractors and consultants, monitoring work progress, and ensuring adherence to project plans, safety standards, and quality requirements. The position requires conducting regular inspections, resolving technical and coordination issues, and maintaining accurate project documentation and reports.

Incharge will also support safety initiatives, ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations, and communicate project status to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Qualifications

- Solid Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience to manage on-site teams and day-to-day construction activities.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Inspection and Construction Safety practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
- Degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical engineering, or a related field, preferably with experience in PEB and MEP projects.
- Knowledge of relevant construction codes, standards, and safety regulations, and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring, with basic familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and make informed decisions under time constraints.
- Certification in safety management or construction safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
