Patient Caregiver / Patient Care Attendant – Home Care

We are hiring a compassionate and responsible Patient Caregiver to provide home-based care and support to elderly patients and individuals recovering from illness or surgery in Bengaluru.

The caregiver will assist the patient with daily routines, personal hygiene, mobility, meals, medication reminders, and basic companionship. We are looking for candidates who are patient, dependable, respectful, and comfortable working in a home-care environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Help with walking, transfers, wheelchair support, and safe mobility.
- Provide meal assistance and support with feeding, if required.
- Give timely medication reminders as instructed by the family or medical professional.
- Monitor and report changes in the patient’s health, mood, appetite, sleep, or mobility.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the patient’s immediate area.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and respectful communication.
- Follow family instructions and the patient’s care routine.




- Accompany the patient to doctor visits or short walks when needed.
- Inform the coordinator/family immediately in case of an emergency.

Requirements
- Experience in elderly care, patient care, nursing assistance, hospital attendant work, or home caregiving is preferred.
- Training such as GDA, ANM, GNM, Nursing Assistant, or a caregiver certificate is an advantage, but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
- Able to assist with patient movement and daily-care tasks safely.
- Honest, punctual, patient, hygienic, and compassionate.
- Comfortable working day shifts, night shifts, or live-in assignments, depending on availability.
- Must be willing to work in Bengaluru.
- Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, or English speaking candidates are welcome.

- Salary: ₹18000-23000 per month, based on experience and shift type
- Joining: Immediate joining preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
