Job Summary A growing business / client assignment is looking for a Patient Experience Manager based in Lucknow.

Responsibilities

- The person will build relationships with customers, hospitals, healthcare professionals, institutional contacts or channel partners as applicable.
- The work includes lead generation, follow-up, coordination, documentation and ensuring that the agreed service or product experience is delivered professionally.
- A mature communication style, reliability and comfort dealing with different stakeholders are important; candidates from adjacent industries are welcome.
- The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of follow-ups, communicate clearly and contribute beyond simply completing assigned calls or tasks.

Requirements

- Based in Lucknow.
- The expected experience range is 3-7 years; solid candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
- Candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply where their customer-facing, sales or relationship experience is relevant.
