The Patient Accounts Representative is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities

Performs Billing and Collection functions on Patient Accounts. Reviews aging and system work queues to ensure timely follow-up on assigned accounts.



Strives to achieve positive results in cash collections and minimal denial or bad debt activity.

Qualifications

- High School graduate.
- Experience in healthcare billing or payment through either other facilities or providers and/or insurance carriers.
