- Develop and maintain automation playbooks using Ansible
- Perform OS patching and security updates on Linux and Windows servers
- Manage enterprise patch deployment using SCCM
- Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities identified through Qualys
- Automate routine system administration and maintenance activities
- Coordinate patching schedules testing and production deployments
- Prepare compliance patch and vulnerability reports
- Troubleshoot patch failures and automation related issues
- Work closely with security infrastructure and application teams to ensure system compliance
- Maintain documentation for patching processes automation workflows and operational procedures
