Experience 3+ years
Skill Set Required
- Extremely strong and competent professional for patent drafting and prosecution with a minimum 3 years of PQE
- Experience in undertaking patent prosecution matters at the IPO including preparing FER responses and undertaking hearings
- Master's/ Ph.D will be preferred
- Ability to deeply understand technical subject matters
- Rapid learning capabilities along with the ability to work independently are must
- Should be a strong team player and willing to take additional responsibilities pertaining to trainings, speaking opportunities, client communications, overseeing docketing team to ensure smooth client intimations, among others
