Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and relationship-oriented Clinical Outreach & Partnerships Executive to join our team in New Delhi. In this field-based role, you will be the face of Iksha, building and nurturing professional networks with doctors, hospitals, clinics, educational institutions, corporate organizations, and NGOs.
Your goal will be to raise awareness about psychological wellness services, educate healthcare providers on holistic patient care, and build long-term referral and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Networking & Doctor Engagement: Regularly visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and allied healthcare professionals across Delhi NCR to present Iksha’s clinical and assessment services.
- Partnership Development: Identify and build strategic relationships with schools, colleges, corporate organizations, NGOs, and rehabilitation centres.
- Awareness Programs & Events: Organize mental health talks, workshops, Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, and community outreach initiatives.
- Market Intelligence: Gather healthcare trends, feedback from medical professionals,
and referral patterns to support service improvement.
- Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate daily logs of field visits, update contact databases, and submit weekly/monthly outreach reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, medical representation (MR), doctor relations, or institutional sales/business development. Energetic freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for mental healthcare are also encouraged to apply.
- Field Work Readiness: Comfortable with regular local travel across Delhi NCR for field visits and meetings.
- Language & Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with a skilled, confident presentation style.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
