Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and pack takeaway/parcel food orders accurately.

- Check KOT/order details before packing.

- Ensure the correct items, quantities, side dishes, and accompaniments are included.

- Pack food neatly and hygienically to prevent leakage or damage.

- Label and organize parcel orders properly.

- Coordinate with the kitchen, KOT Reader, Captain, and billing team.

- Hand over completed parcel orders to customers or delivery personnel.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the parcel counter.

- Assist customers with takeaway orders and basic queries.

- Support restaurant operations during busy hours.

- Assist in table clearing, cleaning, food service, and other assigned duties when required.

- Help with stock movement and basic preparation work when required.

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

- Minimize food packaging wastage and ensure proper use of packing materials.

- Maintain proper grooming, punctuality, and workplace discipline.

- Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor / Manager.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
