Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and animal-care-oriented Call Centre Paravet to support the Mobile Veterinary Unit by handling beneficiary calls, recording livestock-related complaints, coordinating veterinary visits, and maintaining accurate service records.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and attend calls from livestock owners/farmers regarding animal health and veterinary services.
- Register and record complaints/service requests accurately.
- Coordinate with Veterinary Officers and MVU field teams for timely service delivery.
- Provide basic guidance to beneficiaries as per approved veterinary protocols.
- Maintain daily call logs, case records, and follow-up details.
- Inform beneficiaries about scheduled veterinary visits and service timings.
- Follow up on pending cases and update service status.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional communication with beneficiaries.




- Prepare daily/weekly call centre reports as required.
- Perform other duties related to MVU operations as assigned by the reporting officer.

Eligibility & Skills
- Qualification: Diploma in Animal Husbandry.
- Basic knowledge of animal health, livestock care, and common veterinary services.
- Good communication skills in Hindi/local language.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Ability to communicate politely and effectively with farmers/livestock owners.
- Good coordination and record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to work from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Salary : ₹15,750/- CTC per month Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,750.00 per month
