Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Palo Alto Firewall Consultant to design, deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Palo Alto Networks security solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Panorama, GlobalProtect VPN, and enterprise network security. The consultant will work closely with customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders to implement secure, scalable, and high-performance network security solutions. (Palo Alto Networks Jobs)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Palo Alto Networks NGFW solutions.
- Install and configure PAN-OS, Panorama, GlobalProtect VPN, and WildFire.
- Configure Security Policies, NAT, QoS, SSL Decryption, URL Filtering, Antivirus, Anti-Spyware, and Threat Prevention profiles.
- Implement and troubleshoot Site-to-Site IPSec VPN and Remote Access VPN solutions.
- Configure High Availability (HA) including Active/Passive and Active/Active deployments.
- Perform firewall migration from Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Check Point, Sophos, Juniper SRX, or SonicWall to Palo Alto.
- Configure Dynamic Routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, RIP, and Static Routing.
- Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues related to routing, switching, NAT, VPN, and security policies.
- Perform firewall health checks, rule optimization, security audits, and configuration reviews.
- Upgrade PAN-OS versions and manage software maintenance activities.




- Integrate Palo Alto solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, RADIUS, TACACS , SAML, MFA, and Identity Providers.
- Configure and manage Panorama templates, device groups, logging, reporting, and centralized policy management.
- Provide technical support during implementation, migration, and post-deployment phases.
- Prepare Low-Level Design (LLD), High-Level Design (HLD), implementation documents, and operational handover documentation.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver projects within defined timelines.
- Participate in change management, incident response, and problem management activities.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.

Preferred Certifications

- Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)
- Palo Alto Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA)
- CCNA / CCNP
- Fortinet NSE (Preferred)
- CISSP or equivalent security certification (Preferred)

- Lead firewall implementation and migration projects.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support.
- Conduct security assessments and recommend best practices.
- Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to customer teams.
- Maintain implementation and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with OEM support for critical incidents.
- Ensure compliance with customer security policies and industry best practices.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
