1. Palantir Foundry (Primary Requirement)

- Hands-on experience with the Palantir Foundry platform.
- Experience with data integration and transformation within Foundry.
- Experience building and maintaining Foundry pipelines and workflows.
- Experience with ontology-based data modeling and analytical solutions.
- Development of business-facing solutions in Palantir.

2. Azure Databricks

- Experience with Databricks SQL.
- Experience in data processing and transformation.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Databricks notebooks.
- Understanding of Spark-based data processing.

3. Azure Data Platform

- Experience with Azure Data Lake.
- Experience working within Azure data ecosystems.
- Understanding of cloud-based data architectures.

4. Data Engineering & Analytics

- Advanced SQL skills.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with data modeling and handling large datasets.

5. Business & Functional Skills





- Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with stakeholders and business users.
- Understanding of data governance and data quality practices.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Power BI dashboard development.
- DAX and Power Query.
- SSAS-based reporting solutions.
- DirectQuery implementation.
- KPI reporting and visualization.
- Business Intelligence and data visualization experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–4.5 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or data platform development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Palantir Foundry is mandatory.
- Familiarity with the Azure Databricks ecosystem and ability to develop Databricks notebooks when required.
- Experience integrating and transforming data from multiple enterprise data sources.
- Exposure to reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
